• When you send a form: what you type into the booking, contact or homepage forms - your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the health problem you choose, and any message, symptoms, age, gender or preferred date you add.
• When you call or WhatsApp us: your phone number and what you tell us.
• When you visit the website: like every website, our hosting server records technical details of each visit in its logs - your IP address, your browser and the pages you open. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• If you consult us: the hakim may keep notes of your consultation in order to treat you and follow up.

Form details are not saved on this website. When you press send, they are passed to EmailJS, an email service, which delivers them as an email to the clinic's inbox.

• To reply to you, book or confirm your consultation, and follow up on your treatment.
• To keep the website working and secure.
• We never sell your information, and we never use your health details for advertising.

• EmailJS delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Our web host (DreamHost) runs the website and keeps its server logs.
• Google: the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows a Google map. When they load, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and your phone or email provider, when you choose to contact us that way.
• Social networks, only if you press a share button or open one of our profiles.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

• Your language and light or dark choice, so the site remembers them.
• A note that you have seen the welcome screen on this visit (gone when you close the browser).
• No advertising or analytics cookies. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it.

Form emails and consultation notes are kept as long as they are needed to treat you and follow up, and as long as the law requires for medical records. Our host keeps server logs for a limited time.

• The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Only the clinic team can read our inbox and records.
• No method is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it), and withdraw your consent for us to contact you.
