• Delays in treatment due to patient unavailability
• Third-party actions or services

7.1 Payment Terms

• Consultations with Dr. Hashmi (BUMS, MD) are free of charge, in the clinic or online
• If treatment is recommended, its cost is explained before you decide, and you are under no obligation to start treatment
• Prescribed medicines and treatment plans are charged separately
• Package deals and treatment plans require advance payment
• We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods

7.2 Refund Policy

• No fee is charged for consultations, so refunds apply only to medicines and prepaid treatment packages
• Prepaid packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days
• Medicine refunds are subject to our pharmacy return policy
• Refund requests must be made in writing with valid reasons

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

1. Initial discussion and mediation attempts
2. Arbitration in New Delhi, India
3. Courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
